走出世界一流企业“认知丛林”:概念界定与特征识别

摘　　要：推动中国加快建设形成一批世界一流企业已经成为社会共识,但目前存在的世界一流企业“认知丛林”对建设世界一流企业的中国实践形成了制约。围绕世界一流企业的内涵和特征展开深入研究,试图通过弥合分歧和重新建构走出世界一流企业“认知丛林”。结合在“范围”“程度”“元素”上的限定差异,将世界一流企业的既有定义区分为广义、狭义和中义三类,通过对世界一流企业“范围”“程度”“元素”的再审视,重新界定世界一流企业概念。在此基础上,对世界一流企业核心特征的三类识别观点即侧重资源能力、侧重行为绩效、多元综合平衡的特征识别分别予以剖析,提出从显化表征和内隐要素两个层面对世界一流企业特征画像进行再建构。对于前者,综合价值领先是世界一流企业的总体显化表征,产品卓越作为首要条件、创新领先作为核心条件、治理现代作为基础条件、品牌卓著作为高阶条件共同构成世界一流企业“四位一体”的具象化表征;对于后者,长期主义的使命驱动、以变应变的战略柔性、穿越周期的动态能力、共生共益的生态系统、独特优秀的文化基因在深层次上推动世界一流企业迈向和保持成功。As typical representatives of high-quality development,world-class enterprises are the fundamental direction and goal of Chinese enterprise development.Building a group of world-class enterprises with global competitiveness and building up the strength,quality,and size of Chinese enterprises are important tasks to accelerate the construction of Chinese path to modernization in the new era and new journey.However,there is still a significant disagreement between the academic and business communities regarding the cognition and understanding of world-class enterprises.There is no consensus on the basic issue of what world-class enterprises are and what characteristics they possess.Therefore,a“cognitive jungle”of world-class enterprises has emerged,which has constrained China’s practice of building world-class enterprises.Based on a systematic review,induction,and evaluation of existing research on world-class enterprises at home and abroad,this article deeply deconstructs and redefines the concept and characteristics of world-class enterprises.Research has found that:firstly,the divergence in the definition of world-class enterprises focuses on the differences in the definition of“scope”,“degree”,and“elements”of world-class enterprises,with different limiting conditions forming the concept of world-class enterprises in a broad,narrow,and medium sense.Secondly,through a re-examination of the“scope”,“degree”,and“elements”of world-class enterprises,world-class enterprises could be defined as benchmark enterprises with outstanding core competitiveness,leading value creation capabilities,and excellent sustainable development capabilities globally or in specific industries and fields.And world-class enterprises could be divided into global world-class enterprises and industry-specific world-class enterprises.Thirdly,the existing research perspectives on characteristics recognition of world-class enterprises include characteristics recognition that focuses on resource capabilities,characteris
