摘　　要：Background Clinical and psychological characteristics may affect an individual’s attitude to managing chronic diseases;this will cause distress and decrease quality of life.Non-communicable chronic diseases are highly represented in the general population,and the percentage is increasing globally[1].The care of depressed and physically sick diabetic patient is often expensive and entails resources.
