摘  要:本研究从营养生理方面入手,探寻了适宜白灵菇菌株生长的碳源、氮源和无机盐等营养生理条件。结果表明,白灵菇菌株碳源范围广泛,最佳碳源为可溶性淀粉、甘露醇和阿拉伯糖,在以D-木糖为碳源的培养基上,菌丝长势最差。在供试氮源中,对白灵菇菌丝生长促进最强的是硫酸铵、柠檬酸铁铵、磷酸氢铵和硫酸镁,磷酸氢二钾和硝酸铝。在添加的维生素中,白灵菇菌丝对叶酸的利用效果最好,菌丝生长旺盛,其次是烟酸,对维生素B1的利用效果最差,各种维生素均可以促进白灵菇菌丝生长。In this paper,a research on a strain of Pleurotus ostreatus was carried out from the aspect of nutrition and physiology,and the nutrition and physiological conditions such as carbon source,nitrogen source and inorganic salt suitable for this plant were explored.The results showed that the Pleurotus ostreatus strain had a wide range of carbon spectrum.The best carbon sources were soluble starch,mannitol and arabinose.On the medium with D-xylose as the carbon source,the mycelial growth was the worst.Among the tested nitrogen sources,(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4),ferric ammonium ci⁃trate,(NH_(4))_(2)HPO_(4)and MgSO_(4),K_(2)HPO_(4) and Al(NO_(3))_(3) were the strongest to promote the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus my⁃celium.The most suitable,niacin followed by,VB1 was the worst.Vitamins promoted the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium.
