摘　　要：随着我国社会经济水平的不断提升和信息化技术的飞速发展,现阶段已经有越来越多的医院开始有意识地将诊疗档案,人、财、物的管理信息等众多内容全面纳入信息系统之中,通过信息化建设助力医院不断向信息化、智慧化和精细化管理转型。本文首先对医院信息运维管理的需求进行分析,而后基于医院信息运维管理中的常见问题探索切实有效的运维管理优化路径,最后总结其难点与待改进内容,期望能为相关工作人员提供一定的参考。With the continuous improvement of China’s social and economic level and the rapid development of information technology,more hospitals have begun to consciously incorporate diagnosis and treatment files,human resource,finance and material management information and other contents into the information system.Through the informatization construction,hospitals continuously transform to informatization,intelligence and refined management.This paper first analyzes the requirements of hospital information operation and maintenance management,and then explores the practical and effective operation and maintenance management optimization path based on the common problems in hospital information operation and maintenance management,and finally summarizes its difficulties and content to be improved,hoping to provide relevant staff with certain references.
