摘　　要：为了探索实验工作的可持续发展模式,实现高校创新型人才和实践型人才培养的目标,在分析实验工作中存在的主要问题的基础上,提出了实验设备维护和实验管理规范的合理化建议,以期为高校实验工作的可持续发展提供借鉴与参考。In order to explore the sustainable development mode of experimental work,and strive to achieve the goal of cultivating innovative talents and practical talents in colleges and universities,on the basis of the main problems existing in the experimental work of this unit,we put forward the experimental equipment maintenance and experimental management normative rationalization proposals.It can provide reference for the sustainable development of experimental work.
