摘　　要：军队院校计算机类基础课承担着培养学员计算思维和信息素养的主要职责,使学员具备信息处理的思维方法与能力,为打赢未来的信息化战争奠定基础。针对目前军队院校计算机类基础课程教学中存在的与后续专业课程关联度不高、理论基础支撑作用不足、为战育人目标不鲜明等问题,提出了OBE理念下以典型的军事背景案例为牵引的特色教学案例库的建设思路和方法。案例的设计研究,不仅丰富了教学资源,大幅提升了教学效果,而且拓宽了学员的视野,激发了学员的兴趣,为其他科学文化基础课程案例库建设提供了有益借鉴。The computer courses in military academies have responsibility of cultivating students'computational thinking and information literacy,make them getting the thinking method and ability of information processing,and lay the foundation for winning the future information war.Aiming at the problems existing in the teaching of basic computer courses in military colleges and universities,such as lack of correlation with subsequent professional courses,lack of theoretical foundation support,and unclear goal of education for war,this paper puts forward the construction ideas and methods of characteristic teaching case base guided by typical military background cases under the OBE concept.The case design and study not only enriches the teaching resources,greatly improves the teaching effect,but also broadens the students'horizon and stimulates their interest,providing a useful reference for the construction of other science and culture basic course case base.
