摘 要:利用仿形精磨小机对某线路异常处的钢轨焊接接头不平顺进行整治,对比打磨前后的钢轨廓形、钢轨焊接接头平直度及粗糙度数据,分析不平顺整治效果;引入三维瞬态有限元轮轨接触模型,模拟高速列车通过钢轨焊接接头不平顺区域的冲击响应。结果表明,小机打磨对钢轨廓形进行了一定的修正,改善了钢轨焊缝不平顺的平直度。通过仿真分析可知,打磨后焊缝处的轮轨垂向动态力相较于打磨前降幅超10%。综上所得,使用仿形精磨小机对钢轨焊接接头不平顺整治效果良好。The profiling fine grinding small machine is used to rectify the unevenness of the rail welded joint at the abnormal place of a line.The rail profile,rail welding joint straightness and roughness data analysis before and after polishing were compared.A three-dimensional transient finite element wheel-rail contact model is introduced to simulate the impact response of high-speed trains through uneven areas of rail welded joints.The results show that the small machine grinding has made certain corrections to the rail profile,and improved the straightness of the rail weld.Through simulation analysis,the vertical dynamic force of wheel and rail at the weld after grinding is reduced by more than 10%compared with before grinding.In summary,the use of profiling fine grinding machine has a good effect on the uneven rectification of rail welding joints.
