摘  要:针对大举升高度、大载荷、10级风的环境下可靠稳定工作的雷达举升机构设计任务,为了解决伸缩机构的车载收纳、机构刚度与雷达定位精度核心技术问题,提出并创新设计了一款25 m车载雷达举升机构集成系统。采用模块化设计思路,将举升机构分为三个模块,即伸缩举升传动机构、移动副间隙消除机构与阵面摆角实时补偿机构,并完成了结构设计与三维建模工作,为工程设计提供了理论支撑。Aiming at the design task of radar lifting mechanism working reliably and stably in the environment of large lifting height,heavy load and level 10 wind,in order to solve the core technical problems of vehicle storage,mechanism stiffness and radar positioning accuracy of telescopic mechanism,a 25m vehicle borne radar lifting mechanism integrated system is innovatively proposed and designed,using modular design idea,the lifting mechanism is divided into three modules,including telescopic lifting drive mechanism,moving pair gap elimination mechanism and real-time compensation mechanism for array swing angle,and the structural design and three-dimensional modeling are completed.It provides theoretical support for engineering design.
