摘　　要：随着互联网信息技术的快速发展,线上线下相结合的教学模式已成为常见的一种教学模式。《宠物营养与食品》课程基于超星学习通构建SPOC教学平台,建立多元化、多主体的过程性考核评价体系。结果表明,SPOC线上线下混合式教学模式下《宠物营养与食品》过程性考核评价体系有利于提高学生的总成绩、激发学生的学习兴趣、增加学生的课堂参与度、提升学生团队合作、主动思考、分析问题和解决问题等综合素质,同时有利于教师进行课堂改革,提高教学效果。With the rapid development of Internet information technology,online and offline teaching mode has become a common teaching mode.The course of Pet Nutrition and Food builds a SPOC Teaching Mode based on Superstar Learning Link.Based on SPOC teaching mode,Nutrition and Food establish a diversified,multi subject process assessment system.The results show that the process assessment system of Pet Nutrition and Food based on SPOC teaching mode is conducive to improving students'total scores,stimulating students'interest in learning,increasing students'participation in the classroom,improving students'comprehensive qualities such as teamwork,active thinking,problem analysis and problem solving.Further,it is conducive to improving the teaching effect during classroom teaching reform.
