自主性在网红引导与大学生容貌焦虑间的中介作用

摘　　要：目的 探究网红引导对容貌焦虑的影响以及自主性在网络引导与容貌焦虑间的中介作用,为制定大学生心理健康促进策略提供理论依据。方法 选取335名大学生作为研究对象,构建中介效应模型。采用社交外观焦虑量表(Social Appearance Anxiety Scale)、青少年自主性量表(Adolescent Autonomy Questionnaire)进行问卷调查。结果 网红引导与自主性呈显著负相关,与容貌焦虑呈显著正相关;自主性与容貌焦虑呈显著负相关。网红引导对自主性和容貌焦虑均有显著的预测作用,但当放入中介变量自主性后,网络引导对容貌焦虑的直接预测作用不显著。结论 网红引导会影响容貌焦虑,自主性在网红引导与容貌焦虑之间起完全中介作用。家庭、学校、社会三方应积极帮助大学生增强自主性,从而提高其心理健康素养水平。Objective To examine the self-rated health(SRH)level and influencing factors of peoplerole of autonomy between internet celebrity guide and appearance anxiety.Methods A total of 335 college students were selected as the research subjects,and a mediating effect model was constructed.A questionnaire survey was conducted using Appearance during the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods An online survey was conducted to investigate the demographicAnxiety Scale(SAAS)and Adolescent Autonomy Questionnaire(AAQ).Results Internet celebrity guidance was negatively characteristics,epidemic-related characteristics,and SRH scores of 479 subjects.Results The SRH scorescorrelated with autonomy and positively correlated with appearance anxiety.Autonomy had a significant negative correlation with appearance anxiety.Internet celebrity guidance had a significant predictive effect on appearance anxiety,but when the mediating of the research subjects and the subscores of physical,psychological and social health were(44.86±5.54)variable autonomy was added,the direct predictive effect of internet celebrity was not significant.Conclusion Online celebrity(14.10±1.38),(19.90±3.77),and(10.86±2.26)respectively.Those under 45 years old,suffering from chronicguidance can affect appearance anxiety,and autonomy plays a complete mediating role between online celebrity guidance and diseases,going out to school/work,or understanding little of the epidemic reported lower total scores of SRH.appearance anxiety.Family,school,and society should actively help college students enhance their autonomy,thereby improving their mental health literacy level.
