摘　　要：在数字经济迅猛发展与企业管理数字化转型的背景下,高职工商企业管理专业需加快对专业人才的数字化核心胜任能力的培养。通过以云化ERP等管理软件为平台,在建设数字化管理的课程与实践教学体系,打造数字化教学团队,建立学生自主学习机制等方面开展专业人才培养的数字化转型。数字化转型实践提升了教学效果,深化了校企合作,帮助学生取得了高含金量的ERP资格认证,促进了学生的实习和就业。In the context of the rapid development of the digital economy and the digital transformation of enterprise management,Business Administration major needs to accelerate the cultivation of digital core competencies for professionals.We have carried out the digital transformation of Business Administration by using management software such as cloud-based ERP as a platform,building a digital management curriculum and practical teaching system,creating a digital teaching team,and establishing a student autonomous learning mechanism.The practice of digital transformation has improved teaching effectiveness,deepened school-enterprise cooperation,helped students obtain high-quality ERP certification,and promoted high-quality internship and employment for students.In the future,there will still be a need for continuous digital transformation in terms of incentive mechanisms,teaching facilities,and theoretical and practical integration textbooks.
