关于加强国有企业干部考察工作的实践思考

摘　　要：干部考察工作作为选人用人的关键一环,直接影响干部选用质量,最终影响事业发展走向。从目前的情况来看,在干部考察工作中还存在考察干部重视不够、考察工作准备不足、考察方式延展不深以及考察人员素质不高等问题。要解决这些问题,必须抓纲带目、靶向施策,从标准、方式、程序、人员等多个维度发力,切实提升干部考察工作成效和水平。As a key part of selecting and employing talents,cadre inspection directly affects the quality of cadre selection and ultimately affects the development direction of the Party’s cause.From the current situation,there are still some problems in the cadre inspection work,such as insufficient attention of the cadres who do this inspection work,insufficient preparation for the inspection work,insufficient extension of the inspection method and low quality of the inspection personnel.In order to solve these problems,we must grasp the outline and aim at the target,and make efforts from multiple dimensions such as standards,methods,procedures,and personnel to effectively improve the effectiveness and quality of cadre inspection work.
