新时代下加强国有企业基层单位办公室保密工作的对策

摘　　要：国有企业基层单位办公室保密工作十分重要,具有涉密工作多、知密时间早、涉密级别高、涉密人员众的特点。当前存在保密意识不强、保密技能不足、制度执行不严、保密设施不善的情况。要抓好新时代国有企业基层单位办公室的保密工作,就要在加强保密教育、加强保密培训、完善保密设施、健全激励机制等方面下功夫。The confidential office work of the grassroots unit of state-owned enterprises is very important,which has characteristics,such as,a large volume of secret-related work,early knowledge,high secret-related level and many secret-related personnel.At present,there exist problems like lack of strong confidentiality awareness,lack of confidentiality skills,lax implementation of the system and poor confidentiality facilities.In order to do a good job in the new era,we must strengthen the education,training,and facilities of the confidential work to perfect the incentive mechanism and so on.
