摘　　要：绿色金融是绿色发展和金融的结合体,是贯彻新发展理念的重要体现。发挥绿色金融的助推器作用,有利于推动西藏经济社会高质量发展。通过对西藏绿色金融的现状分析和回归分析表明:绿色金融在促进西藏经济高质量发展中发挥着重要作用。新时代西藏金融要与时俱进,积极创新绿色金融产品,提高绿色金融服务水平,建立健全绿色信贷约束激励机制,加强金融制度对绿色信贷的有效引导,注重金融科技专业人才培养,完善绿色信贷政策的沟通机制,助力西藏特色产业做大做强和经济社会高质量发展。“Green Finance”,a concept combines sustainable development and the concept of finance,is a significant manifestation of implementing new development concept.Utilizing green finance’s promoting function to achieve high-quality economic and social development of Tibet is of great practical significance to realize Tibet’s plateau economic development at the forefront of China.Through current status analysis and regression analysis of Tibet’s green finance,it could be found that Tibet’s green credit effectively contributes to the development of its green finance.Tibet’s green credit total loans was positive correlation with regional GDP and the correlation coefficient is about 0.95,which demonstrates that crucial role that green finance plays in Tibet’s high-quality economic development.In order to boost the development of industries with Tibetan characteristics and realize the high-quality economic and social development,measures such as innovating green finance products,enhancing the level of green finance services,establishing and improving the constraint and incentive mechanism for green credit,strengthening the effective guidance of the financial system for green credit,emphasizing on the training of fintech professionals,improving the communication mechanism for green credit policies.
