摘　　要：通过1例罕见的自身免疫性胰腺炎合并淋巴细胞性垂体炎的报道,提高临床医师对此类疾病的鉴别及诊治能力。A rare case of autoimmune pancreatitis complicated with lymphocytic hypophysitis was reported to improve the ability of clinicians to identify,diagnose and treat the disease.
