摘  要:一体化压铸技术以轻量化、集成化、简约化等特点,正在引领汽车制造的颠覆性技术革命,受到了众多新能源和传统主机厂的追捧。一体化压铸技术具有显著优势,同时也面临诸多挑战,详细分析了其在材料制备、产品质量、维修与回收等技术壁垒,并指出了一体化压铸技术在生产方式变革、协同技术的发展需求。The integrated die-casting technology,characterized by lightweight,integration and simplicity,is leading the disruptive technological revolution in automobile manufacturing,and has been pursued by many new energy and traditional OEMs.The integrated die-casting technology has significant advantages,while also faces many challenges.The technical barriers in material preparation,product quality,maintenance and recovery are analyzed in detail,and the development requirements of the integrated die-casting technology in the transformation of production mode and collaborative technology are pointed out.
