三种修复方案用于后牙间隙型食物嵌塞的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察瓷贴面、瓷嵌体和大块树脂充填治疗后牙间隙型食物嵌塞的临床疗效。方法:146例间隙型食物嵌塞患者(180颗后牙),随机分为瓷贴面组、瓷嵌体组和树脂充填组,分别给予瓷贴面修复、瓷嵌体修复和大块树脂充填,1年、2年后复查,通过从修复体边缘密合、牙龈健康、邻接关系、过敏症状、继发龋和修复体脱落方面进行比较。结果:第1年在边缘密合、牙龈健康、邻接关系、过敏症状、继发龋和修复体脱落方面,三组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。第2年在边缘密合、过敏症状、继发龋和修复体脱落方面,三组无统计学差异(P>0.05),在牙龈健康、邻接关系方面,三组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:瓷贴面、瓷嵌体是治疗间隙型食物嵌塞较好的方式,在恢复邻面接触、改善食物嵌塞方面均优于大块树脂充填,但瓷贴面更微创,患者更容易接受。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of porcelain veneer,porcelain inlay and bulk resin filling in the treatment of gapped food impaction on posterior teeth.Methods:146 subjects(180 posterior teeth)were randomly divided into porcelain veneer group,porcelain inlay group and resin filling group.They were given porcelain veneer repair,porcelain inlay repair and bulk resin filling respectively.1 year and 2 years later,they were rechecked,and compared from the aspects of edge suitability,gingival health,interproximal contact,allergic symptoms,secondary caries and restoration loss.Results:In the first year,there was no statistical difference among the three groups in terms of edge suitability,gingival health,interproximal contact,allergic symptoms,secondary caries and restoration loss(P>0.05).In the second year,there was no statistical difference among the three groups in terms of edge suitability,allergic symptoms,secondary caries and restoration loss(P>0.05),but there was statistical difference among the three groups in terms of gingival health and interproximal contact(P<0.05).Conclusion:Porcelain veneers and inlays are better ways to treat gapped food impaction.It is better than bulk resin filling in restoring adjacent contact and improving food impaction.However,porcelain veneers are more minimally invasive.The patient is more receptive.
