2022年某高校在职女教职工妇科及乳腺健康体检结果分析

摘　　要：目的通过对安徽某高校在职女教职工妇科和乳腺健康体检资料的统计与分析,了解其不同年龄段主要患病情况,从而更好的开展各种妇科疾病及乳腺疾病的防治。方法选取自愿参加健康体检的882名在职女教职工,均开展妇科及乳腺疾病检查,并进行常规的妇科检查、阴道分泌物检查、液基薄层细胞学检查(TCT)、妇科B超及乳腺彩超检查,对体检结果按不同年龄段及疾病种类进行统计与分析。结果882名参检人员中,其中有736名在职女教职工患不同种类的疾病,患病率高达83.45%;按发病率高低,排在前6位的疾病依次是阴道炎、宫颈炎、乳腺疾病、子宫肌瘤、盆腔包块和TCT异常。结论高校在职女教职工的妇科及乳腺疾病的患病率均较高,应进行定期健康体检和随访,做好预防保健工作。Objective Through the statistics and analysis of gynecological and breast health examination data of female staff in a university in Anhui,the main diseases in different age groups were understood,so as to better carry out the prevention and treatment of gynecological diseases and breast diseases.Methods A total of 882 in-service female faculty and staff who volunteered to participate in physical examination were selected for gynecological examination and breast disease examination,and routine gynecological examination,vaginal secretion examination,liquid based cytology examination(TCT),gynecological B-ultrasound and breast color ultrasound examination.The physical examination results were statistically analyzed according to different age groups and disease types.Results Among 882 participants,736 female staff members suffered from different kinds of diseases,with the prevalence rate up to 83.45%.According to the incidence,the top 6 diseases were vaginitis,cervicitis,breast diseases,uterine fibroids,pelvic mass and TCT abnormalities.Conclusion The prevalence rate of gynecological and breast diseases of female staff in colleges and universities is high.Regular health examination and follow-up should be carried out to do a good job in prevention and health care.
