摘　　要：党组织领导的乡村治理体系主要包含三大部分,即治理主体、运行机制和方式方法。治理主体是对党组织领导的乡村治理体系中行动主体或治理主体的规定与设置,即“一核多元”的治理主体;运行机制是乡村治理体系在具体实践过程之中运行的具体程序和模式,即共建共治共享的治理运行机制;方式方法是乡村治理体系进行治理、展开工作的具体方式方法,即自治、法治、德治“三治”融合的治理方式。这三部分有机结合、相互推动,共同发挥作用,实现党组织领导的乡村治理体系良性、可持续的发展实践。The rural governance system led by the party organization mainly consists of three parts,namely,the main body of governance,operating mechanism and methods.The governance subject is the stipulation and setting of the action subject or governance subject in the rural governance system led by the party organization,that is,the governance subject of"one core and pluralism";the operation mechanism is the concrete procedure and mode of the rural governance system in the concrete practice process,that is,the governance operation mechanism of co-construction,co-governance and sharing.Ways and methods are the specific ways and methods for the governance and work of the rural governance system,that is,the combination of autonomy,the rule of law and the rule of virtue.These three parts,combined organically,promote each other,play a role together,and realize the benign and sustainable development practice of the rural governance system led by the party organization.
