乡村振兴背景下广西沿边民族地区农村人力资源开发的困境与路径--基于东兴市的个案研究

摘　　要：乡村振兴是缩小城乡差距,实现中国式现代化的重要路径。人才是实现乡村振兴的关键要素。乡村振兴背景下,提升农村人力资源存量和大量输入优质人才,对促进农村发展、解决“三农”问题具有重要作用。近年来,东兴市出台人才引进、培育的系列举措助力乡村振兴,取得显著成效。在总结该市人力资源开发助力乡村振兴的做法与成效基础上,分析该市农村人力资源开发过程中遇到的困境,探讨边疆少数民族地区进一步增进人力资源开发助力乡村振兴的创新路径。Rural revitalization is an important way to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and realize Chinese-style modernization.Talents are the key element to realize the revitalization of the countryside.In the context of rural revitalization,improving the stock of rural human resources and importing a large number of high-quality talents play an important role in promoting rural development and solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.In recent years,Dongxing City has introduced a series of measures to introduce and cultivate talents to help the revitalization of rural areas,and achieved remarkable results.On the basis of summarizing the practices and effects of human resources development in the city to promote rural revitalization,this paper analyzes the difficulties encountered in the process of rural human resources development in the city,and discusses the innovative ways to further promote human resources development in border minority areas to promote rural revitalization.
