银质针结合关节松动术治疗肩周炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨银质针与关节松动术联合应用在肩周炎治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月~2022年3月南昌市洪都中医院收治的60例肩周炎患者作为研究对象。根据1:1随机分组的方法将患者分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组行关节松动术治疗,试验组在此基础上加入银质针,比较两组患者两个疗程共计14天的治疗效果。结果经过两个疗程的治疗,试验组治疗有效率93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗后的VAS、PPI疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗后7天、14天的Melle评分均低于对照组,其中治疗后14天评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银质针联合关节松动术治疗肩周炎可取得较单一治疗方案更理想的治疗效果,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combination of silver needle and joint mobilization surgery in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods 60 patients with periarthritis of shoulder who were admitted to Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanchang from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the 1:1 random grouping method,patients were divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent joint mobilization surgery,while the experimental group added silver needles on this basis to compare the treatment effects of two courses of treatment for a total of 14 days between the two groups of patients.Results After two courses of treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,higher than the control group's 73.33%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The VAS and PPI pain scores of the experimental group patients after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Melle scores of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group on the 7th and 14th days after treatment,with a statistically significant difference in scores on the 14th day after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Silver needle combined with joint mobilization surgery can achieve a more ideal treatment effect than a single treatment plan for scapulohumeral periarthritis,which is worth learning from.
