氨磷汀联合紫杉醇、卡铂治疗卵巢癌的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨氨磷汀联合紫杉醇、卡铂治疗卵巢癌的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年11月山西省肿瘤医院收治的156例卵巢癌患者,按照不同治疗方法分为对比组和联合组,每组各78例。对比组采用紫杉醇+卡铂化疗方案,联合组在对比组基础上联合氨磷汀。比较两组治疗效果、肿瘤标志物水平、不良反应发生情况。结果联合组治疗总有效率高于对比组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组肿瘤标志物水平均低于对比组(P<0.05)。联合组骨髓抑制、周围神经毒性反应发生率低于对比组(P<0.05)。结论氨磷汀联合紫杉醇、卡铂治疗卵巢癌可提高临床效果,有利于控制肿瘤进展并降低肿瘤标志物水平,有效避免骨髓抑制、周围神经毒性反应的发生。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Amifostine combined with Paclitaxel and Carboplatin in the treatment of ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 156 patients with ovarian cancer admitted to Shanxi Provincial Cancer Hospital from January 2020 to November 2022 were selected and divided into the comparison group and the combination group according to different treatment methods,with 78 cases in each group.The comparison group received Paclitaxel+Carboplatin chemotherapy regimen,and the combination group was combined with Amifostine on the basis of the comparison group.The therapeutic effect,the levels of tumor markers and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the comparison group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor markers in the combination group were lower than those in the comparison group(P<0.05).The incidence of myelosuppression and peripheral nerve toxicity in the combination group was lower than that in the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion Amifostine combined with Paclitaxel and Carboplatin in the treatment of ovarian cancer can improve the clinical effect,help control the tumor progression and reduce the levels of tumor markers,and effectively avoid the occurrence of myelosuppression and peripheral nerve toxicity.
