自拟固本化积解毒方联合西药治疗晚期原发性肝癌的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟固本化积解毒方联合西药治疗晚期原发性肝癌的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月—2021年1月江苏省南通市第二人民医院收治的60例晚期原发性肝癌患者为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组给予自拟固本化积解毒方联合常规西药治疗,对照组仅给予常规西药治疗。比较两组患者肝功能指标及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.039)。结论:自拟固本化积解毒方联合西药治疗晚期原发性肝癌的效果显著,可减轻患者临床症状,改善肝功能。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the self-made Guben Huaji Jiedu Recipe with western medicine in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer.Methods:Sixty patients with advanced primary liver cancer admitted to the Second People′s Hospital of Nantong City in Jiangsu Province from January 2017 to January 2021 were selected as the observation objects.According to the method of random number table,patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was given self-made Guben Huaji Jiedu Recipe and routine western medicine treatment,while the control group was given routine western medicine treatment.The clinical efficacy and liver function index of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and total bilirubin in the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.039).Conclusion:Self-made Guben Huaji Jiedu Recipe with western medicine has a significant effect in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer,it can alleviate clinical symptoms and improve liver function in patients.
