摘　　要：含CUB结构域蛋白1(CUB domain-containing protein 1,CDCP1)是一种在多种恶性肿瘤中表达异常的跨膜蛋白,其在肿瘤的发生发展过程中扮演着重要角色。综述了CDCP1与不同恶性肿瘤发生发展之间的关系及其在不同肿瘤疾病早期诊断、靶向治疗及临床预后中的作用相关研究进展,以期为研究CDCP1作为多种恶性肿瘤疾病的临床治疗靶标提供参考。CUB domain-containing protein 1(CDCP1)is a transmembrane protein with abnormal expression in various malignant tumors and plays an important role in tumor development.This article aims to explore the relationship between CDCP1 and the occurrence and development of different malignant tumors,elucidate its role in early tumor diagnosis,targeted therapy,and clinical prognosis,so as to provide a reference for the study of CDCP1 as a clinical therapeutic target of various malignant tumor diseases.
