摘　　要：气管支气管肺淀粉样变性是不溶性淀粉样蛋白原纤维沉积于气管、支气管及肺组织的少见病变,影响患者的生活质量,若发生慢性感染,就会威胁患者生命安全。对于气管支气管肺淀粉样变性患者,需要及时诊断,进行有效治疗,保证患者的生活质量,保障其生命安全。就气管支气管肺淀粉样变性的发病机制、临床症状、影像学表现、诊断方法等研究进展和治疗进展作一综述,以期能够为临床中对气管支气管肺淀粉样变性进行准确诊断,有效治疗。Tracheobronchial pulmonary amyloidosis is a rare disease in which insoluble amyloid fibrils are deposited in trachea,bronchus and lung tissues,which affects patients'quality of life and threatens patients'life safety if chronic infection occurs.For patients with tracheobronchial pulmonary amyloidosis,timely diagnosis and effective treatment are needed to ensure patients'quality of life and ensure their life safety.This article reviewed the research progress in the pathogenesis,clinical symptoms,imaging findings,diagnosis methods and treatment of tracheobronchial pulmonary amyloidosis,so as to provide accurate diagnosis and effective treatment for the clinical treatment of tracheobronchial pulmonary amyloidosis.
