摘 要:对于传统酿造行业而言,许多核心技艺不仅是科学更是传统经验的总结。为了更好的诠释中国白酒的酿造技艺,并将其不断的传承与创新。白酒企业做了大量科研工作,取得了不凡的成绩,然而大量科研成果的输出并没有给白酒酿造技术、产品品质带来质的提升。以传统白酒酿造行业为例,通过对白酒技术标准创新的理解,从技术标准与技术创新互为依托、互为基础、互为支撑的角度,阐述了在传统白酒酿造行业,技术标准对于企业技术创新、企业发展的重要性。For the traditional brewing industry,many of the core techniques are not only science but also the summary of traditional experience.In order to better interpret the brewing technique of Chinese liquor,and its continuous inheritance and innovation.The e liquor enterprises have done a lot of scientific research work and made extraordinary achievements,but the output of a large number of scientific research results did not bring qualitative improvement to the liquor brewing technology and product quality.This paper takes the traditional liquor brewing industry as an example,through the understanding of liquor technical standard innovation,from the perspective of technical standard and technical innovation mutual support,mutual foundation,mutual support,expounds the importance of technical standard in the traditional liquor brewing industry for enterprise technological innovation and enterprise development.
