以企业需求为导向的“运营管理”课程教学创新与改革——以安徽大学物流管理专业为例

摘　　要：为更好地建设物流管理一流本科专业,同时为了培养出适应企业需求的高素质物流管理人才,研究探讨以企业需求为导向的“运营管理”课程创新与改革。结合物流管理专业培养方案以及企业对运营管理人才的需求,从教学内容、教学目标、教学方法三个方面进行教学创新和改革,以进一步提升运营管理课程的教学质量,满足企业运营管理相关岗位的要求。In order to better build the first-class undergraduate logistics management specialty and cultivate high-quality logistics management talents to meet the needs of enterprises,the paper studied and discussed the innovation and reform of the Operation Management course based on enterprise demand.In combination with the training program of the logistics management specialty and the demand of enterprises for operation management talents,the paper carried out teaching innovation and reform from the three aspects of teaching content,teaching objectives and teaching methods,so as to further improve the teaching quality of the Operation Management course and meet the requirements of enterprise's operation management related positions.
