摘 要:静息态脑电微状态是一种探究认知活动时间动力学的有效工具。为了研究轻度认知障碍(MCI)患者中是否存在特定的微状态变化,本文将15名MCI患者和10名对照者的脑电图通过k均值聚类算法解析为四种典型的微状态,并分析其时间参数在两组间的显著性差异以及与神经心理学量表得分间的相关性,又对微状态序列的复杂性、转换特点以及各状态间是否具有依赖性做了分析。研究发现,MCI组在微状态A的持续时间以及A→D和B→D的转移概率上与对照组有着显著性差异。微状态A的持续时间与AVLT2分数成显著性正相关。MCI组微状态序列的复杂度要高于对照组,且在微状态的转换过程中尚未发现某种特殊结构,未来时刻的状态与过去无关。Resting EEG microstate is an effective tool to explore the temporal dynamics of cognitive activities.In order to confirm whether there is specific change in patients with mild cognitive impairment,the EEG of 15 MCI patients and 10 controls were analyzed into four typical microstates by k⁃means clustering algorithm.The significant difference of microstate time parameters between the two groups and the correlation between them and the scores of neuropsychological scale were analyzed.Then,the complexity,transformation characteristics of microstate sequence and whether there is a dependency among states were analyzed.It is found that there are significant differences between MCI group and control group in the duration of microstate A and the transition probability of A→D and B→D.The duration of A is positively correlated with AVLT2.The complexity of microstate sequence in MCI group is higher than that in control group,and no special structure has been found in the process of microstate transition,and the future state has nothing to do with the past.
