摘  要:为解决隧道施工过程中外部环境感知、多装备协作和数据资源实时共享等问题,对隧道建造全工序进行研究并构建隧道智能施工协同管控技术。首先,研究智能感知技术,采用三维激光扫描技术实现隧道施工关键工序的环境智能感知,利用隧道掘进装备多源数据采集与存储技术实现多工序下的传感数据统一管理;然后,研究隧道内多机通信与协作技术,设计提出1种AP+Mesh的无线自组网方案,打通隧道内装备间数据交互的信息通道,并结合施工工序提出基于主从架构的多机协作方案;最后,从技术、部署和功能3个维度设计平台架构,实现调度管理、进度管理、风险预警、质量管理和装备管理5大系统功能。经过在渝昆高铁和黄黄高铁的实际应用,表明隧道智能施工协同管控技术可整合“人—机—岩”所有信息资源,实现隧道施工过程外部环境感知、数据采集存储和装备间协作管理;该技术各项功能满足施工需要,平台端施工建议参数或指令可直接下发至具备智能化功能的装备,指导各掘进装备按工序施工。In order to solve the problems such as external environment perception,multi-machine collaboration and real-time data resource sharing during tunnel construction,the study about the whole process of tunnel construction is conducted and the collaborative management and control technology for tunnel intelligent construction is constructed.Firstly,the three-dimensional laser scanning technology is adopted to achieve environmental intelligence perception of key process in tunnel construction through studying the intelligent perception technology;and the unified management of sensor data under multiple processes is realized through using multi-source data acquisition and storage technology of tunneling equipment.Then,multi-machine communication and collaboration technology inside tunnel is studied,an AP+Mesh wireless Ad Hoc network scheme is designed and proposed to open up the information channel of data interaction between equipment inside tunnel,and a multi-machine cooperation scheme based on the master-slave architecture is proposed combining with the construction process.Finally,the platform architecture is designed from three dimensions of technology,deployment and functionality,and five system functions are realized including scheduling management,schedule management,risk early warning,quality management and equipment management.Through practical application in Chongqing-Kunming High-Speed Railway and Huanggang-Huangmei HighSpeed Railway,it is verified that the collaborative management and control technology for intelligent tunnel construction can integrate all information resources of “man-machine-rock”,and realize the external environment perception,data collection and storage,and collaborative management among equipment during tunnel construction.Besides,various functions of the technology meet the needs of construction,and recommended construction parameters or instructions at the platform can be directly issued to equipment with intelligent functions,which guides construction of each tunneling equipmen
