摘 要:自主任务规划技术能够充分发挥卫星在轨使用效能,提高卫星紧急任务响应能力,大幅减少对地面测控的依赖,支持多星自主协同配合执行任务。北京三号A/B卫星具备完全星上自主规划能力,包括星上自主任务规划、地面规划及星地协同规划等多种任务模式,同时具备任务数据校验、保存、恢复、删除、插入应急任务等功能。地面规划系统根据需求进行任务筛选、核对和规划,确保任务满足要求;星上利用专用处理器实现规划运算、指令编排和任务保存与执行。星地一体协同任务规划设计实现了地面和星上规划的一致性,既保证了任务的准确性和灵活性,又减少了卫星对地面测控的需求。Autonomous mission planning technology can fully enhance the satellite in-orbit capability,reduce satellite emergency mission response time,significantly decrease ground dependence,and support multi satellite autonomous collaborative execution of missions.The BJ-3A/B satellites have completed onboard autonomous planning capabilities.They have various mission modes such as onboard autonomous mission planning,ground planning and satellite ground collaborative planning,as well as functions such as mission data verification,storage,recovery,deletion and insertion of emergency missions.The ground planning system conducts task filtering,verification and planning based on requirements.The satellite onboard processor conducts planning operations,instruction arrangement and mission execution.The satellite-earth integration mission planning design achieves consistency between ground and onboard planning,which not only ensures the accuracy and flexibility of the mission,but also reduces the demand for ground dependence.
