摘　　要：近年来,胆囊癌发病率呈增高趋势,早期症状不典型,恶性程度高,临床进展快,预后差。探讨胆囊癌发病的相关危险因素,积极采取相应的干预措施,有利于降低胆囊癌发病率,提高早期诊断率,改善患者预后。胆囊癌的危险因素可归纳为3类:①胆囊疾病:主要包括胆囊结石、胆囊息肉、胆囊腺肌症、瓷化胆囊等;②胆管疾病:主要包括原发性硬化性胆管炎、胰胆管合流异常等;③其他危险因素:主要包括地域、性别与年龄、肥胖、吸烟与饮酒、饮食习惯、黄曲霉素等。回顾分析国内外胆囊癌发病危险因素相关文献资料,以期为胆囊癌的预防及早期诊断提供参考。In recent years,the incidence of gallbladder carcinoma has been increasing.It has atypical early symptoms,a high malignancy,rapid clinical progression,and a poor prognosis.Exploring the risk factors associated with the development of gallbladder carcinoma and taking corresponding interventions actively are conducive to reducing the incidence of gallbladder carcinoma,increasing the early diagnosis rate,and improving the prognosis of patients.Risk factors associated with gallbladder carcinoma can be classified into three categories:①gallbladder diseases:mainly including gallbladder stones,gallbladder polyps,gallbladder adenomyomatosis,and porcelain gallbladder;②bile duct diseases:mainly including primary sclerosing cholangitis,and pancreaticobiliary maljunction;and③other risk factors:mainly including geography,gender and age,obesity,tobacco and alcohol,dietary habits,and aflatoxin exposure.This review of the current literature on risk factors for gallbladder carcinoma at the domestic and international levels is intended to provide a clinical basis for the prevention and early diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma.
