摘 要:多发性硬化(MS)缓解期推荐采用疾病修饰治疗(DMT)。DMT可延缓疾病进程,减少病人复发率,改善病人预后。多种MRI技术可用于MS的临床诊断及疗效监测,如扩散张量成像(DTI)、扩散峰度成像(DKI)、功能MRI、磁共振波谱(MRS)、磁敏感加权成像(SWI)、定量磁敏感图(QSM)等技术。通过分析MS治疗前后MRI所显示的脑微结构、脑功能及脑铁沉积等方面的改变来辅助疗效监测。就近年来MRI用于MS的DMT疗效评估进展进行综述。In the clinical management of multiple sclerosis(MS),disease-modifying therapies(DMTs)are recommended for the treatment at remission stage,which can slow down the disease progression,reduce recurrence rates,and improve patient prognosis.A wide range of MRI techniques have been employed in the diagnosis of MS and efficacy monitoring after treatment.These techniques encompass diffusion tensor imaging,diffusion kurtosis imaging,functional MRI,MR spectroscopy,susceptibility weighted imaging,and quantitative susceptibility mapping.By utilizing these advanced imaging modalities,clinicians are able to analyze alterations in brain microstructure,brain function,and brain iron deposition before and after treatment.This comprehensive assessment aids in monitoring the effectiveness of treatments.We provided an overview of the recent advancements in evaluating the therapeutic effects of MRI in DMTs for MS.
