摘　　要：2022年修改的《体育法》将原“学校体育”一章章名扩充为“青少年和学校体育”,充实了关于青少年体育的相关规定,构建起了以学校体育为主、校外体育为辅的青少年体育法治体系,充分体现了新时代促进青少年全面发展的要求。在此基础上,青少年体育的适用范围应当与学校体育相统一,原则上应以在校学生为主,同时加强和发挥对青少年校外体育的规范作用。对于青少年体育的校外体育活动,在体育行政部门履行统筹规划、指导推进职能的同时,教育行政部门也应当负有教育和引导青少年进行体育锻炼的责任。The Sports Law revised in 2022 will expand the chapter title of the original“School Sports”to“Youth and School Sports”,enrich the relevant regulations on youth sports,and build a school sports-based,extra-school sports The supplementary youth sports legal system fully reflects the requirements of promotinGthe all-round development of youth in the new era.On this basis,the scope of application of youth sports should be unified with school sports,and in principle,school students should be the main applicable objects.For the off-campus sports activities of youth sports,the education administrative department should also have the responsibility of educatinGand guidinGthe youth to implement physical exercise.
