摘  要:科学制定专业人才培养方案是提高我国旅游管理专业学生培养质量的关键环节,对毕业生能否达到国际旅游与酒店管理行业的人才需求具有十分重要的作用。中加在旅游管理专业的人才培养模式方面既存在共同点,也存在较大的差异。本文选取福建农林大学金山学院和加拿大圣文森山大学这两所中外合作办学院校作为研究样本,对比研究中加高等院校旅游管理专业人才培养方案的差异,总结其有益启示,并进一步探索新文科背景下我国旅游管理专业应用型人才培养的新方向。Scientifically formulating major programmes,which is a key link to improving the training quality of students majoring in tourism management in China,plays a very important role in whether graduates can meet the talent needs of the international tourism and hotel management industry.There are both similarities and great differences between China and Canada in the talent training model of tourism management.Jinshan College of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University and Mount Saint Vincent University in Canada are Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run colleges and universities.This paper selects the above two universities as research samples to compare the differences in the training plans for tourism management in China and Canadian universities,summarizes their beneficial enlightenment,and further explores the new direction of applied talent training for tourism management base on new liberal arts in China.
