摘  要:随着脱贫攻坚的全面胜利,我国进入“后脱贫时代”。脱贫攻坚时期,高校贫困学生资助是教育扶贫重要战略举措,助力贫困学生上学、在学,基本实现控辍保学目标,为国家脱贫攻坚作出重要贡献。进入后脱贫时代,高校贫困学生资助面临新的形势。在总结脱贫攻坚时期高校贫困学生资助取得成就及呈现问题的基础上,重点分析后脱贫时代高校贫困学生资助工作的目标转向,积极探讨发展对策,以期促进后脱贫时代高校贫困学生资助工作提质增效。With comprehensive victory in poverty alleviation,our country has entered the“post poverty-alleviation era”.During the period of poverty alleviation,financial aid for poverty-stricken students in colleges and universities is an important strategic measure for poverty alleviation through education.It helps poverty-stricken students go to school and study,basically realizes the goal of controlling dropout,and makes an important contribution to poverty alleviation in China.Entering the post poverty-alleviation era,financial aid for poor students in colleges and universities is facing a new situation.On the basis of summarizing the achievements and problems of financial aid for poor students in colleges and universities during the period of poverty alleviation,this paper focuses on analyzing the target shift of financial aid for poor students in colleges and universities in the post poverty-alleviation era,and actively discusses development countermeasures,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of financial aid for poor students in colleges and universities in the post poverty-alleviation era.
