摘 要:目前,国内针对高职院校师资队伍考核评价系统的研究,大部分止步于高职院校师资队伍考核评价体系,尚缺比较完善的师资队伍考核评价系统。简要分析教师“分值赋能”应用软件在高职院校教师考评工作中的应用,进而说明该软件在考评工作中的积极成效。通过论述,为各高职院校的教师考评工作提供科学有效的方法和依据,并结合自身的实际情况,制定出适合本单位的教师队伍考评办法,建设一支师德优良、能力卓绝、充满朝气并且结构相对合理稳定的高质量教师队伍。At present,most of the domestic research on the evaluation system of teachers in higher vocational colleges is limited to the evaluation system of teachers in higher vocational colleges,and there is still a lack of a relatively perfect evaluation system of teachers.This paper briefly analyzes the application of the application software of teacher“score empowerment”in the evaluation of teachers in higher vocational colleges,and further explains the positive effect of the software in the evaluation.Through the discussion,scientific and effective methods and basis are provided for the evaluation of teachers in higher vocational colleges.In combination with their own actual conditions,the evaluation methods of teachers’team suitable for their own units are formulated to build a high-quality teachers’team with excellent teacher ethics,excellent ability,vitality and relatively reasonable and stable structure.
