摘　　要：目的观察自体脂肪间充质干细胞对乳腺癌前病变组织的作用及影响,探讨自体脂肪移植隆乳的安全性。方法将72只乳腺癌前病变模型大鼠随机分为两组,每组36只,实验组大鼠第5对乳腺组织内注射脂肪间充质干细胞1×106,对照组相同位置注射生理盐水0.1ml。成模第10周处死所有大鼠并切取该乳腺,使用病理检查和免疫组化的方法检测大鼠乳腺组织中VEGF的平均光密度结果。结果两种检测方法的结果均提示,两组的病理检测结果无明显差异,实验组大鼠乳腺VEGF平均光密度结果与对照组比较,其差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自体脂肪间充质干细胞移植可安全用于乳腺癌前病变组织,不会导致乳腺癌前病变组织加速向乳腺癌发展。Objective To observe the effect of autologous adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells on breast cancer precancerous lesions,and to explore the safety of autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation.Method 72 breast cancer precancerous lesion model rats were randomly divided into two groups,36 rats in each group.The fifth pair of rats in the experimental group were injected with adipose tissue derived mesenchymal stem cell-1×106,the control group was injected with 0.1ml of physiological saline at the same location.At the 10th week of modeling,all rats were euthanized and the mammary gland was excised.The average optical density of VEGF in rat mammary tissue was measured using pathological examination and immunohistochemistry methods.Result The results of both detection methods indicate that there is no significant difference in the pathological detection results between the two groups.Compared with the control group,the average optical density of VEGF in the mammary gland of the experimental group rats showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Autologous adipose derived mesenchymal stem cell transplantation can be safely used for breast cancer precancerous tissue,and will not lead to breast cancer precancerous tissue accelerating to breast cancer.
