纳米复合树脂治疗牙颈部楔状缺损的有效性及对牙齿美观度、龈沟液炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究纳米复合树脂治疗牙颈部楔状缺损的有效性及对牙齿美观度、龈沟液炎症因子水平的影响。方法回顾性分析2021年10月-2022年10月与本院接受治疗的牙颈部楔状缺损96例患者,共96颗患牙,按照治疗方法的不同将患者均分为对照组(树脂改性光固化玻璃离子材料)、研究组(纳米复合树脂),对比两组的卡方检验分析两组对填充体的满意度、t检验分析两组治疗有效性、美观程度、牙周状况以及龈沟液炎症因子水平。结果经过治疗后,两组在语言功能、咀嚼功能上无差异((t=0.8230.568,P>0.05)),但研究组固定功能、舒适功能明显优于对照组(t=6.240、6.824,P<0.05),且研究组牙齿美观程度更高(t=4.812,P<0.05)。研究组在各方面的填充体满意度均比对照组更高(χ^(2)=5.556、6.316、5.790、6.918、4.937、5.315、5.352,P<0.05)。研究组探诊深度、龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数均比对照组小(t=2.061、12.605、3.645,P<0.05)。研究组龈沟液量更小(t=2.902,P<0.05),且龈沟液中IL-1β、TNF-α含量水平更低(t=13.76211.095,P<0.05)。结论对牙颈部楔状缺损患者采取纳米复合树脂治疗,能够有效保证患者牙齿功能的基础上保证较高的牙齿美观度,帮助患者降低炎症反应,改善牙周状况,患者对填充体满意度更高,可在临床推广。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of nanocomposite resin in treating wedge-shaped defects in the neck of teeth and its impact on tooth aesthetics and levels of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 96 patients with wedge-shaped defects in the dental neck who received treatment with our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022.A total of 96 affected teeth were randomly divided into a control group(resin modified light cured glass ionomer material)and a research group(nanocomposite resin)according to different treatment methods.The chi square test was used to compare the satisfaction of the two groups with the filling material,and the t-test was used to analyze the treatment effectiveness and aesthetic degree of the two groups Periodontal condition and levels of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid.Result After treatment,there was no difference in language function and chewing function between the two groups(t=0.8230.568,all P>0.05).However,the fixed function and comfort function of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(t=6.240,6.824,all P<0.05),and the aesthetic degree of teeth in the study group was higher(t=4.812,all P<0.05).The research group showed higher satisfaction with fillers in all aspects compared to the control group(χ^(2)=5.556,6.316,5.790,6.918,4.937,5.315,5.352,all P<0.05).The depth of exploration,gingival sulcus bleeding index,and plaque index in the study group were all lower than those in the control group(t=2.061,12.605,3.645,all P<0.05).The study group had a smaller amount of gingival crevicular fluid(t=2.902,all P<0.05),and IL-1β、TNF-αThe content level is lower(t=13.76211.095,all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of nanocomposite resin for the treatment of wedge-shaped defects in the neck of teeth can effectively ensure the patient's dental function,while ensuring a high degree of tooth aesthetics.It can help patients reduce inflammatory reactions and improve periodontal cond
