摘 要:以汽车车窗装饰板为研究对象,利用Moldflow软件对4个浇口方案进行成型仿真,将体积收缩率和翘曲变形量作为衡量方案优劣的指标,得到短边大浇口方案为最优方案。将注射时间、熔体温度、模具温度、保压压力和保压时间作为析因设计的5个因素,利用Minitab软件设计析因试验方案,以体积收缩率和翘曲变形量为响应指标进行方差分析,从而确定各因素及因素交互作用对响应指标的影响程度,运用弯曲项的P值和主效应图判断回归方程为非线性方程。在析因设计的基础上追加响应曲面设计的序贯试验,得到了体积收缩率和翘曲变形量的回归方程。以体积收缩率小于5.5%和翘曲变形量小于0.5mm为优化目标,实现注塑工艺参数的多响应优化。优化结果为注射时间10s,熔体温度256.9697℃,模具温度35℃,保压压力80.5455%,保压时间8s。通过优化后的工艺进行生产,发现车窗装饰板上表面高亮光洁,且无熔接痕、缩孔、飞边等成型缺陷,验证了试验方案的合理性。The car window decorative panel was used as the research object.four gate schemes were formed and simulated by using Moldflow software.The volume shrinkage rate and warping deformation were used as indicators to evaluate the quality of the plan,and the short side large gate plan was obtained as the optimal plan.Taking injection time,melt temperature,mold temperature,holding pressure,and holding time as five factors in factorial design,using Minitab software to design a factorial test plan.Analysis of variance was conducted by using volume shrinkage and warping deformation as response indicators to determine the degree of influence of various factors and their interactions on the response indicators.The P value of the bending term and the main effect diagram were used to judge that the regression equation was nonlinear.Sequential experiment was added to respond to surface design on the basis of factorial design,regression equations for volume shrinkage and warping deformation were obtained.The multi response optimization of injection molding process parameters was achieved with the optimization objectives of a volume shrinkage rate of less than 5.5%and a warping deformation of less than 0.5 mm.The optimization results are as follows:injection time of 10 s,melt temperature of 256.9697℃,mold temperature of 35℃,holding pressure of 80.5455%,and holding time of 8 s.Through production with the optimized process,the surface of the car window decorative panel is bright and smooth,and there are no welding marks,shrinkage holes,flash and other molding defects,which verifies the rationality of the test plan.
