门槛效应在成人学历教育教学中的应用——以成人工商管理专业为例

摘  要:成人高校因其学员构成的特殊性,在教学上经常会遇到重重困难,比如学生学习积极性不高、学习基础差、理解能力弱等问题,如果能够抓住成人学员的心理特征,充分利用“门槛效应”这一心理学理论,把这一方法融入教学中的各个环节中去,也许会收到事半功倍的效果。本文以工商管理专业为例,从教学目标、教学内容、教学评价等方面入手,阐述“登门槛”效应如何应用于教学。Because of its special composition of students,adult colleges and universities often have many difficulties in teaching,such as students'low enthusiasm for learning,poor learning foundation,and weak understanding ability.If we can grasp the psychological characteristics of adult students,make full use of the psychological theory of"threshold effect",and integrate this method into all aspects of teaching,Maybe you'll get more bang for your buck.This paper takes the major of business administration as an example,from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching content and teaching evaluation,expounds how to apply the"threshold"effect to teaching.
