党校建筑的地域性探索——以中共南京市溧水区委党校新校区为例

摘　　要：本文以中共南京市溧水区委党校新校区为研究载体,引入批判地域主义理论并将其作为研究基础,从“文脉、立意、规划、材料、建构”五个方面吐旧纳新,探求具有当代地域特色的党校校园设计之道。项目契合南京市独特的历史文化及地域背景,传承并延续南京市近现代建筑的特征,体现党校这一干部教育培训场所的精神面貌和时代特征,为未来党校建设提供了一种具有当代地域特色的设计思路。This paper takes the new Party School campus of Lishui District in Nanjing as the research carrier and introduces the theory of critical regionalism as the research basis.From the five aspects of"context,conception,planning,materials and construction",this paper explores the methods of the Party School campus with contemporary regional characteristics.In line with the unique historical culture and regional background of Nanjing,the project inherits and extends the characteristics of Nanjing's modern architecture,reflects the spiritual outlook and current characteristics of the Party School as a a training base for cadres,and provides a design idea with contemporary regional characteristics for the future design of Party Schools.
