摘　　要：国家重大科技基础设施平台能够搜集与反馈科研需求与发展等信息,助力科技发展,充分释放科研仪器设备服务潜能,保障科研工作顺利开展。国家重大科技基础设施平台的用户管理与服务对于平台作用的发挥极为重要。为此,从用户管理与服务工作的意义、职责入手,分析胜任用户管理和服务工作的能力要求,针对工作人员素质能力,探讨培养途径。National Major Scientific and Technological Infrastructure Platform can promote the research and development activities,fully release the potential using scientific instruments for servicing the research communities,fulfill the demands of national key tasks.The platform user management and service have been playing key roles in daily stabilized operations of them including those large scale scientific facilities such as synchrotron radiation light sources.Based on this,the meaning of both management and responsibility,ability and literacy needing for operators are analyzed,and suggestions are proposed for operators’routine trainings,resulting in efficient gathering and feedback of information from the user end.
