摘 要:针对矿井提升机传统滑模控制算法在低速重载工况下存在启动能力差、冲击振动、转矩脉动大等问题,本文分析了矿井提升机结构组成与变频控制方式,采用数值模拟分析法研究了传统滑模控制策略下矿井提升机的启动特性,改进了滑模控制算法并进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明,改进后的滑模控制算法具有较高的控制精度,提升机启动脉冲较小,系统冲击和振动减弱,启动特性平缓,具有较好的抗干扰能力和动态控制性能。Aiming at the problems of poor starting ability,shock vibration,large torque ripple and other problems of traditional sliding mode control algorithm of mine hoist under low speed and heavy load conditions,this paper analyzes the structure composition and frequency conversion control mode of mine hoist,uses numerical simulation analysis method to study the starting characteristics of mine hoist under the traditional sliding mode control strategy,improves the sliding mode control algorithm and conducts simulation research.The simulation results show that the improved sliding mode control algorithm has high control accuracy,small starting impulse of the hoist,weak system shock and vibration,smooth starting characteristics,good anti-interference ability and dynamic control performance.
