摘 要:导电塑料电位器具有分辨率高、旋转力矩小,使用寿命长,耐腐蚀和响应速度快等优点,在航空航天领域得到了大量应用。导电塑料电位器是某光机部件中的重要元件之一,其质量对某光机部件的性能优劣有着重要影响。本文通过分析某光机部件振动试验过程中导电塑料电位器输出信号异常的现象,探讨导电塑料电位器内部存在多余物的原因,研究控制导电塑料电位器内部多余物的措施,对提高导电塑料电位器的性能具有重要作用。Conductive plastic potentiometers have been widely used in the aerospace filed because of their advantages of high resolution,small rotational torque,long service life,corrosion resistance and fast response speed.The conductive plastic potentiometer is one of the important components in an optical component,and its quality has an important impact on the performance of an optical component.In this paper,the abnormal output signal of the conductive plastic potentiometer during the vibration test of an opto-mechanical component is analyzed,the causes of excess matter generated inside the conductive plastic potentiometer are discussed,and the conductive plastic potentiometer are studied,it is of great importance to improve the performance of conductive plastic potentiometers.
