摘　　要：目的探讨术后地榆汤坐浴对肛周脓肿患者的效果.方法选取2022年6-10月收治的肛周脓肿术后患者60例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例.对照组采用高锰酸钾坐浴疗法,观察组采用地榆汤坐浴疗法.比较2组的临床疗效、创面愈合时间、创面疼痛程度以及护理满意度.结果观察组治疗总有效率为90%,高于对照组的70%(χ^(2)=12.308,P=0.002);观察组创面愈合时间为(15.17±1.58)d,少于对照组的(25.13±1.76)d(t=23.123,P<0.001);治疗后观察组VAS评分为(1.17±1.747)分,低于对照组的(3.27±0.907)分(t=9.79,P<0.001);观察组护理总满意率为96.7%,高于对照组的70.0%(χ^(2)=2.413,P=0.032).结论肛周脓肿患者术后采用地榆汤坐浴其疗效确切,可缩短患者创面愈合时间、降低疼痛程度,并提高患者的护理满意度.Objective To investigate the efficacy of postoperative Diyu decoction sitz bath in patients with perianal abscess.Methods Sixty patients with perianal abscess treated from June to October 2022 were randomly assigned to receive either potassium permanganate sitz bath(control group,30 patients)or Diyu decoction sitz bath(observation group,30 patients)after operation.Clinical efficacy,wound healing time,wound pain degree and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(90%)was higher than that in the control group(70%)(χ^(2)=12.308,P=0.002).The wound healing time in the observation group((15.17±1.58)d)was shorter than that in the control group((25.13±1.76)d)(t=23.123,P<0.001).The VAS score in the observation group(1.17±1.747)was lower than that in the control group(3.27±0.907)(t=9.79,P<0.001).The overall nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group(96.7%)was higher than that in the control group(70.0%)(χ^(2)=2.413,P=0.032).Conclusion Postoperative Diyu decoction sitz bath can effectively shorten wound healing time,reduce pain degree and improve nursing satisfaction in patients with perianal abscess.
