化痰通络合剂联合依达拉奉右莰醇治疗风痰阻络型脑梗死的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析化痰通络合剂联合依达拉奉右莰醇治疗风痰阻络型脑梗死的疗效。方法选取2020年6月—2022年12月邳州市中医院收治的72例风痰阻络型脑梗死患者为研究对象,依随机数表法分成对照组(36例,依达拉奉右莰醇治疗)和观察组(36例,化痰通络合剂联合依达拉奉右莰醇治疗)。对比两组治疗效果、神经功能缺损和日常生活能力评分及不良反应。结果观察组的总有效率为94.44%高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.181,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组NIHSS评分、Barthel指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的NIHSS评分较对照组低,Barthel指数较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率(2.78%)低于对照组(22.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化痰通络合剂联合依达拉奉右莰醇治疗风痰阻络型脑梗死效果显著,可改善患者神经功能,提高其生活能力,且不良反应少。Objective To analyze the efficacy of Huatan Tongluo complex agent combined with edaravone dextran in the treatment of wind-phlegm blocked cerebral infarction.Methods From June 2020 to December 2022,72 patients with cerebral infarction of the type of wind phlegm blocking collaterals admitted to Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects,and were randomly assigned to the control group(36 cases,treated with Edaravone and right camphor)and the observation group(36 cases,treated with Huatan Tongluo Mixture and Edaravone and right camphor)according to the random number table.Compare the treatment effects,neurological deficits,daily living ability scores,and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than the control group's 77.78%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.181,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the NIHSS score and Barthel index between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Barthel index was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(2.78%)was lower than that in the control group(22.22%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Huatan Tongluo Mixture and Edaravone and dextcamphor has a significant effect in the treatment of cerebral infarction of wind phlegm obstruction type,which can improve the neurological function of patients,improve their living ability,and have fewer adverse reactions.
