麦粒灸“中风七穴”治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 评价麦粒灸“中风七穴”治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)患者的疗效。方法 共纳入72例ACI患者,采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组与对照组各36例,对照组采用临床常规护理及治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上施加麦粒灸“中风七穴”,治疗周期均为2周。评价两组治疗前后的美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel评分、中风诊断与疗效评定量表评分、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)变化情况以及两组患者对护理满意度的总体评价。结果 治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组。两组治疗后NIHSS评分、Barthel评分、中风诊断与疗效评定量表评分及hs-CRP水平均优于治疗前(P <0.05),且治疗组改善情况优于对照组(P <0.05),治疗组护理满意度情况优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 麦粒灸“中风七穴”联合常规护理及治疗能够明显改善ACI患者的神经缺损症状,抑制炎症因子反应,不仅提升了临床疗效,还提高了护理满意度。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of wheat grain moxibustion on""seven points of stroke"in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:A total of 72 patients with ACI were random-ly divided into 36 patients in the treatment group and 36 patients in the control group using the random number ta-ble method.The control group was treated with conventional care and treatment,and the treatment group received wheat grain moxibustion on"seven points of stroke"on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The NIHSS scores,Barthel scores,Stroke Diagnostic and Efficacy Scale scores,hs-CRP changes and the overall evaluation of patients'satisfaction with nursing care in both groups were evaluated before and after treat-ment.Results:The overall effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The changes of NIHSS score,Barthel score,stroke diagnosis and efficacy rating scale and hs-CRP after treatment were better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was bet-ter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in nursing satis-faction(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combining conventional care and treatment with"seven points of stroke"by wheat grain moxibustion can significantly improve the symptoms of neurological deficits and inhibit inflammatory factor reactions in patients with ACI,which not only improves clinical efficacy but also increases nursing satisfac-tion.
