摘　　要：中医急救方法的应用源远流长,具有简便廉、快捷有效的特点。中医住院医师规范化培训作为毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,具有承上启下的作用,致力于培养优秀的临床医师。思维方式决定行为方式,面对复杂的临床症状,如何准确地辨别出急危重症对挽救生命具有重要的意义。在中医规范化培训阶段,我们要有侧重地从理论教学、模拟教学、临床实践等多方面对规培医师的急救思维进行培养和训练,充分发挥中医药急救优势,增强信心,促进中医急救学科的发展。The application of Chinese medicine emergency treatment has a long history,and has the characteris-tics of simple,cheap,fast and effective.It has made great contributions to the reproduction of the Chinese nation.As an important part of post-graduation medical education,the standardized training of Chinese medicine resi-dents plays a connecting role and is committed to training excellent clinicians.The way of thinking determines the way of behavior.In the face of complex clinical symptoms,how to accurately identify critical illness is of great sig-nificance to save lives.At the stage of standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine,we should focus on the cultivating and training of standardized training residents from theoretical teaching,simulation teaching,clinical practice and other aspects,give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in emergency,enhance their confidence,and promote the development of the discipline of traditional Chinese medicine emergency.
