比较乳酸亚铁与常规铁剂对缺铁性贫血的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:比较乳酸亚铁与常规铁剂(硫酸亚铁)对缺铁性贫血的临床疗效。方法:将2018年1月至2022年12月在齐鲁医药学院附属医院接受治疗的60例缺铁性贫血患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组使用硫酸亚铁片进行治疗,观察组使用乳酸亚铁口服液进行治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、贫血指标、铁代谢指标、不良反应。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为96.67%,与对照组的93.33%相比,无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组治疗后的Hb、RBC、MCHC、MCV水平均与对照组相当(P>0.05);观察组治疗后的SF、SI、TSAT、TIBC水平均与对照组相当(P>0.05);观察组不良反应(包括腹痛、便秘、食欲不振、恶心呕吐)的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乳酸亚铁与常规铁剂治疗缺铁性贫血的临床效果相当,均可有效补充铁质,增加血清中Hb、SF的含量,但乳酸亚铁的安全性更好。Objective:To compare the clinical effect of ferrous lactate and conventional iron(ferrous sulfate)on iron deficiency anemia.Methods:60 patients with iron deficiency anemia who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Qilu Medical College from January 2018 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with ferrous sulfate tablets,and the observation group was treated with ferrous lactate oral liquid.The clinical efficacy,anemia indexes,iron metabolism indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,compared with 93.33%of the control group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of Hb,RBC,MCHC and MCV in observation group were similar to those in control group(P>0.05).The levels of SF,SI,TSAT and TIBC in the observation group were similar to those in the control group after treatment(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(including abdominal pain,constipation,loss of appetite,nausea and vomiting)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of ferrous lactate is equivalent to that of conventional iron in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia.Both can effectively supplement iron and increase the content of Hb and SF in serum,but the safety of ferrous lactate is better.
