伢典凝胶去龋技术在治疗年轻恒牙龋病中的临床应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:探究伢典凝胶去龋技术在治疗年轻恒牙龋病中的临床应用价值。方法:选择2017年1月~2018年3月于本院接受治疗的年轻恒牙龋病患儿作为此次研究的观察对象,共156例,对其临床资料进行回顾分析,根据治疗方法的不同将156例患儿分为对照组和观察组,其中采用传统牙钻切割去龋法治疗的75例为对照组,另采用伢典凝胶去龋技术治疗的81例为观察组,对两组患儿治疗过程中的疼痛情况、去腐时间、意外穿髓率和治疗后随访2年的临床成功率进行比较。结果:观察组的去龋时间为(9.23±1.18)min,与对照组的(8.07±1.53)min相比无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组的无痛率为81.48%,意外穿髓率为2.47%,与对照组存在明显差异(P<0.05);随访2年,观察组的临床治疗成功率为95.06%,明显高于对照组的82.67%(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗年轻恒牙龋病中采用伢典凝胶去龋技术可以减轻患儿痛苦,且安全性高,可有效保障治疗效果。Objective:To explore the clinical application value of the dental caries removal technique in the treatment of young permanent teeth.Methods:Selected young children with permanent dental caries who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 as the observation objects of this study,a total of 156 cases,their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,according to the different treatment methods the 156 children were divided into a control group and an observation group.Among them,75 cases treated with traditional dental drill cutting and caries removal method were used as the control group,and 81 cases treated with the Yadian gel caries removal technology were used as the observation group.Pain,time to decay,accidental pulp penetration rate and clinical success rate during the 2-year follow-up after treatment were compared.Results:The caries removal time of the observation group was(9.23±1.18)min,which was not statistically different from(8.07±1.53)min of the control group(P>0.05);The painless rate of the observation group was 81.48%,and the accidental pulp penetration rate was 2.47%.There is a significant difference with the control group(P<0.05);After 2 years of follow-up,the clinical treatment success rate of the observation group is 95.06%,which is significantly higher than the control group’s 82.67%(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of young permanent tooth caries,the use of the dental caries removal technology of the tongdian gel can alleviate the suffering of children,and has high safety and can effectively guarantee the treatment effect.
